An Exclusive Tour around the spectacular tour around the Cape Peninsula with Wine Tasting in the magnificent Constantia Wine Region.
Enjoy a relaxing and highly interactive day on the Cape Peninsula. A full day excursion to view the scenic beauty of the Cape of Good Hope.
08:30 Pick up at your local hotel in Cape Town.
We follow the Atlantic Coastline with grand view of the Twelve Apostles to the fishing and recreational harbour of Hout Bay. You have an option to board the included boat trip to view a colony of Cape Fur Seals OR you may choose to include a wine tasting in the beautiful Constantia Wine region in the afternoon.
On this Cape Peninsula tour, we now continue over the spectacular Chapmans Peak Drive en-route to Cape Point National Park. Cape Point National Park is a nature park with fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean. You may choose to hike from the parking area to the old lighthouse or pay the small fee to take the funicular in a comfortable ride to view the lighthouse.
We now make a brief photo stop at the Cape of Good Hope before exiting the Park and travelling to view the African Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach.
There are various excellent options for a lunch venue in neighbouring Simons Town or at Seaforth restaurant for you to enjoy your lunch. Following lunch we will visit the Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach.
At the end of this Cape Peninsula tour, our return journey to Cape Town will take us through Constantia which is the oldest wine region in South Africa where we have the chance to do a wine tasting if this is the option that you selected. At the end of the day we return you to your hotel at approximately 17:30 in the afternoon.
We were certainly well and truly asleep last night by the time you sent that email! We all had a fantastic time – thank you. I couldn’t think of anything I would have wanted different.

Now we are home, (sadly!) we would like to say how much we enjoyed the Cheetah Outreach & Eagle Encounters experience and the tour to Table Mountain/Cape Point etc.
~ Les and Maureen Skinner, UK
Having just returned to the UK we wanted to say a very big “thank you” to yourself and Quinton for all the wonderful trips and Sanbona Safari that you organised for us.
